Overall, the gym seemed very similar to multifit. I only did a trial session (without a trainer). I think they have a decent set of equipment for the average gym goer. However, their barbells are not well maintained. Which i guess is OK for the average gym goer. However for advanced/ heavy lifters/ Olympic weightlifters there maybe some annoyances. Example the squat rack was too short push presses and for the very few Olympic lifters I'm writing this for, the barbell is not ideal spin for practice, the clips are not secure enough. I don't think there are many better options in the area.
Great place to bring young kids to enroll in cricket, football, tennis, and squash. The gym here is also very good and offers a variety of machines as well as free weights.
