Muscle Tone Fitness Club

I have been training at this gym for a while now, and the experience has been great. The gym is clean, well equipped and has a good atmosphere that keeps you motivated. A special mention to my trainer Vivek Sir, very patient, polite and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. I have a ligament tear in my knee, and each session was tailored perfectly to my fitness level and keeping in mind my knee injury. Thanks to him i have improved strength, stamina and endurance.

I am a recent member of this gym and I would like to express my appreciation for the dietitian Rudrakshi. She is exceptional at understanding her clients' needs and provides them with practical dietary plans. I highly recommend Rudraksha to anyone looking for a healthy and achievable diet.

Perfect for beginners like me, personal attention from Vivek Sir as he is my PT and he keeps pushing to exercise daily without missing any days. Gym is well equipped and also offers yoga and Zumba on alternate days. Atmosphere is very encouraging.

I have been working out here since September 2022. I am mildly satisfied with my experience. Its empty from 12pm to 4.30pm or so. Its the most crowded at night and early morning. They have zumba classes as well. Its self sufficient gym. The general hygiene of this place is sometimes 2/5 when washrooms are concerned.

Rudrakshi mam in muscle tone fitness gym has given a very good and informative diet plan .she is very knowledgeable and helpful.
