Good gym for regular fitness. Various types of machines with HIIT training equipment as well. If you are going first time make sure to carry a napkin and take shoes with you as shoes are compulsory while exercising. Staff is well mannered, polite and helpful. Trainers are there and will answer you about exercise and how to use equipment. They have extra rates for diet and personal training.

Good and healthy work climate at gym, with all supportive and enhancing trainer, batches are properly arranged but due to covid, right some few batches are currently not available, m working at this gym since more than 2 and half years. It give me very immense pleasure to work out every day with positive vibes.

Worst gym I have ever seen. Treadmills are dead no ellipticals very outdated cylcles. You get nothing as a trainer the trainer is more like a caretaker of gym. And the great thing is there's only one trainer at a time fans not working properly. Just don't be a member of this Gym
