JUST LIFT FITNESS CLUB

I've been training with Shrikant sir for a while now. He's incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and always tailors the workouts to suit my goals and fitness level. What I really appreciate is his attention to form and technique. He has been responsive to all of my queries

A very well equipped gym with nice natural ventilation. Gym trainer Shrinath Thorat is a very knowledgeable and helpful instructor. Also member count is limited so that one never had to wait for the gym instrument.

Great gym. No fancy setup but has all the necessary instruments you need. The trainers are friendly and approachable. Reasonable pricing compared to other fancy gyms considering the location.

we had taken 1 year membership. first few months when Shrinath was there, they were good. he followed up us on and helped during gym time as well. But Nishant is least bothered. if you are irregular then they dont even give you call or check on you. only one trade mill is working. gym equipment's are dirty. No proper ventilation. you will always smell smoke and weird food smells coming from below restaurants. floor is full of dust. they dont even have proper swiper or floor cleaning person for everyday. trainers only clean it when they want to. no proper measurements or diet guidance was given. when our membership ended. they didnt even bother call for renewal as they themselves knew they are not upto the mark. all false promises

The gym is very good with lot of different exercise planned by trainer Srikant sir. I am the guys who don't do much exercise and all but with the kind of dedication he is giving to each person, it helps me to come gym regularly.

I had a disappointing experience at this gym. It is very small and lacks many essential machines, making workouts inconvenient. On top of that, the cleanliness is terrible--machines are covered in dust, and the dumbbells are filthy. It's clear that maintenance is not a priority. The so-called "trainers" are just young boys with zero knowledge about fitness. They spend most of their time glued to their phones instead of assisting members. If you're looking for a well-maintained gym with professional trainers, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Excellent environment and trained instructor. Love to do gym under the guidence of Shrinath Sir, Nishant Sir and Piyush sir.

Just Lift Fitness is a great gym, and Coach Srinath is amazing! He's always there to help and guide everyone, no matter their fitness level. Srinath really cares about each person's progress and makes sure we're doing exercises the right way. The gym is clean, has all the equipment you need, and the atmosphere is super friendly. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get fit!
