Best gym in the area. From cardio to weight training, they've got it all. The music is always upbeat and keeps you energized through workouts. Very well-maintained gym with all the latest equipment. Trainers are professional and always ready to guide. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during peak hours, but otherwise a great experience. Highly recommend!

Throughout my marathon journey, Ashish Valunjkar has been a genuine source of inspiration. I was able to not only compete in the marathon but also win first place because to his unwavering support and direction. Additionally, he encourages me to get better every day by helping me maintain consistency in my daily workouts. With spotless equipment, good hygiene, and first-rate management, the gym where we train is always kept up and provides the ideal setting for training. Gold's Gym Aundh has always been more than just a place to work out--it's a vibrant fitness community that actively promotes overall well-being through various extracurricular activities. One such outstanding initiative was the recent marathon organized by the gym, which was a fantastic and well-managed event. The marathon truly showcased the spirit of fitness and togetherness. Trainers were present throughout the route offering constant motivation and guidance. Thoughtful arrangements like bananas, electrolytes, and water ensured we stayed energized and hydrated. The event concluded with every participant receiving a certificate and medal, making it a rewarding and memorable experience. Kudos to the organizers for such an inspiring and energetic event!

I've had a great experience at this gym. The equipment is well maintained, and the staff is friendly. Special mention to trainer Akshay Khade he's very knowledgeable, patient, and really helps you push your limits while keeping proper form and safety in mind. Highly recommended for anyone serious about fitness!

I had a great experience at the marathon organized by the Golds Gym,Aundh recently.The event was well-planned, with clear communication, smooth logistics,a safe and scenic route, and amazing support from staff especially Mr Sumeet ji (hatsoff to his energy levels and motivation).The energy was high, and the post-race refreshments and recovery session were a nice bonus. It is was fantastic experience to participate in gold gym 5km marathon..the organisation was top notch..and our trainer Prathmesh encouraged us a lot during the race and it helped us a lot in finishing the marathon quickly..wait for next year has already started.. ONE OF THE BEST GYM IN PUNE WITH GOOD TRAINERS !!!

Absolutely loved the gym and the community. If you're looking for personal training I highly recommend it, especially working out with Vaibhav. he transformed my workout routine and customized to me in a way that got me back into a really great routine that was achievable and fun. Best investment of 2025. Staff is super responsive and helpful. I feel very thankful I was connected with this gym and if you're considering it, do it for YOU.
