The session was very well conducted on the special occasion of 11th World Yoga Day. Through this session I learned so many things about yoga, it's benefits for our body, soul and overall health. I do running and yoga, meditation teaches to be calm and stressless in any situation weather it's about the game I am playing or in real life situation. So this session helped me alot. Thank to Skeschers for this wonderful session and thanks to the our coach sir.

My son has been training here for the past 6 months, and we can already see a visible improvement in his skills, strength, and confidence. I had Sheetal and her team as play hosts for my daughter's birthday party, and oh my, what a splendid job they did! The kids were completely engrossed in the games for a straight two hours and didn't want to stop playing. The activities were not only interesting but also very well executed. The team displayed great patience and energy, ensuring every child was engaged and having fun. It was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend them for any kids' event!
