I recently started personal training sessions at the gym from Rushikesh Athavle Sir and the experience has been transformative. I've been training with Hrishi Shendge for a while now, and I must say he's one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable trainers I've met. He pays close attention to form, explains every exercise clearly, and always pushes you to go beyond your limits safely. Every session feels productive and fun!
