I recently started personal training sessions at the gym from Rushikesh Athavle Sir and the experience has been transformative. Having a trainer work with me one-on-one has completely changed the way I approach fitness. Instead of just doing random workouts, my trainer created a structured plan tailored to my goals, strengths, and areas of improvement.
