A special mention to my trainer Sadhana - she's very attentive, encouraging, and always makes sure I feel comfortable during my workouts. She pays close attention to my form, which gives me confidence and helps me train safely and effectively.

I would like to share my experience at ABS gym (Nanded city). The facility has top-class equipment, a positive environment, and very friendly staff, which makes every visit enjoyable.
As a complete beginner, I was fortunate to have my trainer, Deepali Mam, guide me patiently. She motivates me to push my limits in every session, and because of her support, I now feel stronger, more confident, and genuinely look forward to my workouts.
Additionally, Rutuja Mam (Dietician) has been extremely attentive and supportive. She provides meal plans that are practical and easy to follow based on my day-to-day activities.
Both Deepali Mam and Rutuja Mam provide feedback frequently which is always helpful. They both are approachable, making me feel very comfortable discussing my concerns and progress.
Overall, I am very happy with my journey here and grateful for the encouragement and guidance I have received.
