I had the privilege of working with Isha Mishra, who is not only incredibly talented but also extremely knowledgeable in fitness, form, and nutrition. Her approach is both motivating and customized to individual goals, which made a real difference in my progress. I felt supported, challenged, and educated every step of the way. It has been an amazing experience at 21/90 Fitness Studio till now. The gym has old school vibes focussing more on the strength, endurance and stamina. Isha and Karan are really amazing coaches. They make you go through a fitness test initially which is an eye opener and then they customize and plan workouts for clients as per their goal and level to push their limits. Considering the amount of energy these coaches are putting in for an individual, it's totally worth it!

Karan has been an outstanding personal trainer since 2023, providing dedicated support and passion that has helped me lose 14 kg in just 6 months through a comprehensive diet plan and customized exercises. His expertise and commitment truly make him one of the best trainers at an exceptional fitness gym, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking effective fitness guidance I've added my before and after photos for reference the gym equipment is top notch and state of the art with all facilities and courteous staff..located at one of the most plush and coveted areas!
