Asole's Fitness Freak

I've been a member of this gym since 2016 and recently they've upgraded their equipments and machine's which gives awesome look to the gym and nice feel to our muscles, well why I've been a loyal member to this gym ? It is because of the nice and well educated crowd and also cause of certified dieticians and trainers, The trainers are so friendly here and they focus more on the form of the exercises instead of pushing someone to lift more weights and due to same reason I've never felt like having a person training program from them as they are anyways helping me with each and every sessions Also they will never force you to have suppliments instead they will give you a proper diet plan for muscle building unlike in other gyms the trainers will always force you to include some sort of suppliments from them which might not be good for our body and yes they will only support you if you opted for their personal training program

Nice place for all fitness freaks at a reasonable cost. All equipments available and the trainers/ directors are friendly. I am a regular member for more than a year and really enjoy the transformation in me...

Facilities and equipments of the gym are very good. Trainers always available at floor to guide the students. Training provided by Trainers are very helpful to grow the muscles faster. Dinesh Sir and Prakash Sir provides good training with the perfection. All the time equipments are available. Ambience of this place is wonderful. I saw the visible changes in my muscles within a month.

Highly recommended! Nice service with polite staff, including a professional gym trainer. Dineah Sir's attitude and vision for fitness are truly inspiring.

Gym is fantastic!! All the trainers are helpful and really passionate about their job. Under their guidance I have seen visible results in a short period of time. The highlight of this gym is the trainers are well experienced and their main focus is on performing the exercise in a proper way which is very considerate. Best gym ever.

Editing the review - Got genuine call from the owner, he understood my concern. I hope that they will get better at it Previous review- The gym owner is not good, shows attitude in the gym. On my first day after doing a set I sat on a bench, he came and said 'uth waha se' arrogantly. I am paying money for the gym, not coming there for free. This is the best gym across PCMC. The owners of gym (Mr & Mrs Asole) are very good and have years of experience in this field. Mrs Asole take's care of dietian part and Mr Asole take care of workout part both are very understanding and always suggest best diet and workout as per the our health condition ( Weather it is weight loss or gain or body toning) Gym also has well qualified and experienced Trainers who always helps us to do proper workout. Best part is that all of them are always very calm and understand the limit of our body so that they don't push us to do over exercise which might cause us unnecessary muscle injury due to over aggression while workout. Nice and pleasant environment gym has enough space for workout around 50 to 100 person to do workout at a time. All branded equipment's and covers all body part workout. My Personal Experience - When I joined this gym my weight was 102kg. now after a month my weight is 96kg ( Will Update my experience once I reach my goal)
