One 24/7 perk doesn't make up for everything else -- avoid this place. Here's the thing: I paid for a gym, not a glorified storage room with a treadmill. At this price point, you can find much better gyms -- cleaner, better maintained, and with complete equipment. The only real advantage here is that it's open 24x7. That's it. Everything else is either missing or handled half-heartedly. Most of the so-called "equipment" is basic and incomplete. Several machines are missing, and a few treadmills have been out of order most of the times. Ventilation is poor, and the AC is conveniently "off" most of the time, making the place muggy and uncomfortable -- not exactly motivating for workouts. There's no option to pause or transfer your membership. Want to suspend during travel or give it to a family member? Tough luck. They also shut the gym for festivals and holidays but refuse to extend memberships for the lost days -- customer-unfriendly and borderline dishonest. Cancellation policy? A total maze. Parking? Cramped and chaotic. Peak hours? Overcrowded to the point of useless. For the price they charge, this place simply doesn't deliver. If you care about working equipment, fair policies, or even basic comfort, look elsewhere. This gym hides behind its "24x7" label and hopes you won't notice everything else falling apart. I wouldn't recommend it unless your only priority is having a door you can walk through at 2 a.m. Would you like me to make it sound slightly more formal and Google-review optimized (so it looks credible but still hits hard)? Or do you want to keep this sharp, human tone that sounds like a real rant from a frustrated customer?
