I've had a very disappointing experience at this gym. From day one, things have been unprofessional and biased. Despite my joining date being 15th June, they somehow managed to cut off 15 days from my membership without any proper explanation.
The trainers are extremely biased--they seem to only entertain women, especially if they're potential personal training (PT) clients. When you ask for help or guidance without opting for PT, they either ignore you or say, "Once you start PT, we'll support you." It's clear they're only interested in selling PT packages rather than genuinely helping members.
The changing rooms are also in terrible condition--often unhygienic with leaked water seen multiple times. No effort is made to keep it clean or safe.
My interaction with the sales staff was equally unpleasant. They were rude, unhelpful, and judgmental during the trial session. Instead of making new members feel welcome, they seem to size you up and treat you with an attitude.
Overall, it's been a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive and professional environment.

I wanted to share some honest feedback. During our recent personal training sessions, I noticed that your PT attention seemed divided--often focused on the TV or the IPL match. I understand it can be tempting, but I'm investing time and money into these sessions with the expectation of full guidance and support.

Most IMP point about this GYM has good Amount of floor trainers in every section..which is very good as compared to other trainer.
Staff behaviour is very good especially evening staff....

One of the finest gym I must say. What a friendly staff and owners they have. Even they give you right training, it doesn't matter who you are. If you believe in consistency, you will surely get an unexpected result. They have all the advance machinery with largest floor size in area.

Gym looks very good and machines are also good but space is congested and I am really disappointed with their service where they initially told me they conduct cross fit, HFT and Yoga training but in reality they never conduct any of such batches, however its good gym but not the best one. Staff and gym trainers are also good/polite. And from overall service point of view it's pricey compared to other gyms.
