Great gym with an amazing vibe! Super clean, well-equipped, and the energy is always motivating. Ketan Gholap Sir is honestly one of the best trainers I've worked with. He really pushes you in the right way to get solid results. Before I started training with him, my progress was pretty slow--but ever since I started PT sessions with him, everything changed. The workouts are focused, motivating, and tailored perfectly. Highly recommend him if you're serious about seeing real improvement!

This is a good place to workout. But the 2 stars are pending because of not so good trainers. The trainers here are very smart, they will only show affection to you and try to train you when they need to sell themselves for personal training. This guys do t even have the simplest of knowledge that they will get more personal training clients when they build a rapport with people coming into the gym. This is a gonto gym only for people who do not need any help while training. Also the trainers need to show some positivity in there body language, I don't know with what attitude they carry themselves but they throw a lot of negativity through there body language. Here comes the worst part, there is pooja (aarti) happening every evening in between 18:00 to 19:00, I don't understand why do we need to participate into it. Do we come to gym for attending the aarti ? With all due respect, i myself am very much into god. But the owner should understand that when you are into business you are into business. Has he taken the efforts to realise that is everyone happy attending the aarti. Well i wasn't, because while I'm in the gym every minute of mine counts. Yes, there may e very few who want to utilise the gym hours so well. But it is what it is. Also the worst part is if we tell them i dont want to attend the aarti they will force you and still if you don't all the trainers will look at you as if you have done some big mistake. I don't know the kind of fitness and nutrition knowledge the gym trainer carries, because I haven't tested it. But for sure they need to upgrade there personality development and value education skills, this will help them in tons, not only while at work but also in life.

The gym has good equipment and a clean environment. There are a variety of machines and free weights, and the space is usually well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. It can get crowded during peak hours, but overall, it's a solid place to work out. Regarding Personal Training by Harish sir is excellent. He's knowledgeable, motivating, and tailor workouts to fit your goals. He provides great support and push you to do your best.
