Gold Gym at Ravet is very specious and has all equipments. Atmosphere of the Gym is always good. Atmosphere really motivates to attend gym daily. All coaches and staff of Gold Gym is very friendly. Personal trainers in Gold gym have good knowledge. Personally I would like to appreciate my personal coach Asif Shaikh Sir. Personal trainers here are very friendly and they help people to achieve goals with good knowledge. Gold gym arranges trekks and many activities which helps to enjoy fitness journey. Recently we went to Trekking which was fantastically arranged and was fun to bond with people. Also Gold Gym has kitchen which help me to het diet quickly. I would recommend Gold Gym Ravet to everyone who wants to enjoy fitness journey.

Only been a client of om ram sir two weeks but have to say I'm very impressed. Gave me a realistic and doable plan and I have the chats with him while getting a good work out done. Definitely recommend. The whole atmosphere in the gym is so friendly and welcoming.

I started PT with (Om ram sir) as I had become nervous of exercise due to a back condition. Having setbacks during my recovery I became very hesitant to put any pressure on my body for fear of going backwards so I felt PT was the best option for me. Om ram sir is so easy to get along with, friendly and approachable which is exactly what I was looking for. He works around my limitations but still somehow manages to push me. I've so much more confidence in my ability now and I owe that to Om ram sir. Absolutely worth the investment of both time and money.
