One of the best functional gymnasium in chinchwad region. I have been coming here since more than a month, all the basic equipments are available here. The trainers are efficient and very helpful. They will come to guide you even if you dont call them specifically and that is the best thing that i experienced here. In my previous gym, the trainers were lazy and lethargic. Moving on, cardio and crossfit sessions are available multiple times in one week and you can be a part of that group as well. Weight loss equipments are on the first floor and weight training equipments are on the ground floor. Cross fit session is outside the gym on the left OTS. Special mention for Abhishek, he is a very capable trainer and a lively person. If I had to nitpick, the usable space is little less and free movement is somewhat prohibited as they have tried to put as many machines as possible in a small space.

every thing u need at one place top equipments with Yoga, Cardio sessions and strength training, diet plan which is all inclusive in the gym fee..the trainers are good and train at the level best
