It has been one month since I joined yoga, things are changing a lot, the pain has also reduced and I feel calm and relaxed and my confidence has increased at work.
Earlier I used to feel irritated throughout the day, I used to get hyper over small things but now things are changing.
Earlier I could not sleep at night, now I go to sleep before 10 pm and I automatically wake up by 6:15 in the morning.
Due to yoga, things are changing a lot and I feel good throughout the day, I feel fresh. Earlier I used to feel bored throughout the day and felt lazy. I used to fall asleep in the office during the day and did not feel like working. Now with full confidence, time is getting done from time to time.

I have noticed significant improvements in my flexibility and strengthening by joining this yoga class.Kiran maam have full knowledge of this field,she explained about all asana's n poses benifits while doing yoga,she is giving personally attention,she is giving tips also for healthy body. She is very very calm, dedicated and punctual instructor, for these her qualities I joined yoga class with my 2 kids.I am so Happy with her work.
