When I joined fitness zone gym, I thought I was only girl coming in 8 am batch and it won't be comfortable for only girl that too in a small town like Parola.. But staff and other gym members were very polite and humble. I never felt discomfort while gymming. + gym is spacious, has lot of useful equipments and the atmosphere is joyful.. I would recommend it not only to boys.. But ladies should also join this gym.
