I'm a first-timer at the gym, and I'm really grateful to have Anand Nadar as my trainer. He made me feel comfortable from day one and helped me get familiar with the gym environment. He's very supportive and ensures my workouts are suited to my body type and fitness goals. Anand also shared a helpful diet plan and explains every exercise with clarity -- you can tell he truly knows what he's doing. I used to be a runner and played outdoor sports, but I was always a bit intimidated by gyms. Thanks to Anand, that fear is completely gone now! I'm really glad I found him as my first trainer.
