Tiger fitness gym is best gym and good environment with certified trainer guys come and join the gym.

I wear black to the gym because it's like a funeral for my fat. 6. Fitness is not about being better than someone. Fitness is about being better than the person you were yesterday. 7. Better place for those who want build their body.. For fat loss..best trainer in tiger fitness centre..they are very frank..and give better training to build your body... And also loose your weight...ty tiger fitness centre...To help me to build my body

I guess only thing it requires is a cross fit training equipments. Otherwise the trainer is really really helpful.. The other equipments are in place.. They also might get a power backup coz in past month there have been 3 black outs.
