The gym is excellent, with almost all the equipment one could need, all in good working condition. The trainers are approachable and supportive. My personal trainer, Jackie, is very experienced and genuinely helpful. He even takes into account any health concerns before deciding which exercises are best suited, which shows his professionalism and care for overall well-being.

Highly recommend my trainer Vignesh Sir, especially for women who focused on fat loss and muscle building. He customizes workouts smartly--no unnecessary heavy weights or exhausting workouts. He starts with posture correction, which solves half the problems and makes a huge difference also keeps sessions balanced yet effective and result-driven! He is a great coach who truly understands what your body needs!
