this gym is really great in terms of staff and i liked the friendliness of karnav. i think sagar patil is the best gym owner in kamothe and the new machines are really great. i think the sagar patil represents a true alpha male, im removing one star because one time when i went to the bathroom the smell was just wow...... bohot badi tatti thi

Absolutely love the gym...have been going there for 1 month or so I have already seen incredible focus...the coachs know exactly what they are teaching and properly guide anything...it's such great

Best experience of my life. Most of the people go to thus gym for exercising and working out but I go here for another purpose gym is like my therapy especially my respected trainer karnav sir the way he trains the people in the gym and me is exceptional i hope he becomes the no.1 trainer of all panvel and the gym owner Mr Sagar patil .... I have to agree this legendary man has done atmost hardworking to build his empire his gym thank you
