Beware! Unfair and Unprofessional Gym This gym charges different fees for everyone, without any clear or consistent fee structure. I was forced some amount so I had to pay 500 just because they wouldn't allow me to continue using the gym, even though I was planning to pay within 4 to 5 days. Despite being an old member and promising to continue the membership, they didn't let me use the gym for more than 3 days. This shows a complete lack of respect for loyal members and poor management. Definitely not recommended if you expect fairness and professionalism..

Good and spacious gym with best equipment... hygiene and social distancing is maintained .. trainers are professional.

I did work out here but I did not liked this Gym. No steam in gym. Some important equipment are missing in Gym Unprofessional behaviour of staff. Trainers don't give attention to members other than PT though they do exersise in wrong way. Lockers are always stuffed with some one which is not taken out for long or it is stuffed with gym fitness center things . So members coming for exercises don't get lockers to use. You will find your bag thrown on floor though you kept it on bench properly. I complained 2 to 3 times but there was no improvement. Rest room always smell badly.

Among the best gyms to workout in Koparkhairane, Navi mumbai. Very Very close to the railway station, so easily accessible. Health and hygiene regarding the gym keeps to the standard of providing clean enviroment with clean gym floor. The equipment is also sanitized frequemtly theoughout the day. The gym is air conditioned with temperatures maintained at optimal with respect to the body. Along with that the odour of the gym is maintained by spraying fragmqnce so that the sweat smell is not there. regarding the gym equipments, all the basic equipments like squat rack, deadlift, barbells, cable station etc all of the equipments are present. Best thing about the gym, if any equipment is broken , it get fixed in a day. The staff as well are coporative and the gym trainers on the floor are the best people you can have in the gym. (anil sir and govind sir) Along with the help with exercises they motivate you to go a little more on ypur repetitions and workoutouts. More over the gym is spacious enough to walk around and the equipment are very well placed. You will find mirrors wvery where which helps for that awesome pictures for the instagram and for serious lifters to check their form. Separate changing rooms for men and female are provided which are kept cleaned though out the day. They also have sauna bath whoch is just available on sundays. Locker facilitoes are also avaiable. To conclude, i found this fym to be the best around koparkhairane and ghansoli area, with the all the equipments available for your type of training whether bodybuilding or powerlifting. yup since it is a commercial gym you wont find a very powerlifting specific equipment, but definitely it doesnot ly short of providing the basic area and barbells to full it. You will find people of all walks of life from students to professional to even athletes workout here. And regarding money, it is very affordable andtje keep on running yearly, quartly schemes whichare nice. You get free three day trials and you regarding trainers their price differs based on requirements. so it is best to visit once and then decide. In short the gym does it all for your body transformation needs. happy working out
