One of the best gym in my opinion I loved the gym the environment, the trainers are very good friendly and understands you very well. The owner Mangesh Sir is very friendly he never ever let u feel a bit scared or shy in the gym he treats everyone as a family. I remember when I joined I used to be a lot shy and once I did broke a cable but sir was very chill he first asked are u fine ? I loved that he even once spotted me while lifting heavy weight during squat which I was failing. Now if you talk about trainers I had a very good bonding with all trainers they never said no to spotting or when u wanted to learn something. Let it be Aditya Sir, Faizan sir, Swapnil Sir or Sujal Sir they all were really good they made me laugh and gave a lot of tips which really helped in the gym. Lets talk about Equipment's, the gym have all the Equipment needed. They are even cleaned every day which is really hygienic I love that. U get many tool and amenities too like changing room and phone stand, water purifier and water bottle desk. Environment :- the people are really good very helpful too till this day I never saw someone rude to me or someone else. U get advice from really good lifters and it helps a lot. I have many fav people. At End I can Say that this is the best gym compared to all. If you join once its very tough to even get a thought about leaving. Thanking you -SIDDHAY DWIVEDI

This gym is very good. It's clean, safe, and airconditioned. It's packed with all the necessary equipments that are well maintained. All the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. The gym owner Mangesh sir himself, is quite experienced trainer and passionate about fitness. He is always ready to guide and support anyone who walks through the doors. He has a warm and approachable demeanor. Personally, working out here has been a very good experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good gym without breaking the bank. - Aniket

Physique Gym is the best gym in Panvel, and has been successfully running for the past 8 years! Firstly, the trainers here are extremely helpful, attentive, experienced, supportive, and welcoming, ensuring that your every workout is effective and safe. Secondly, Physique Gym promotes a female-friendly environment making it a comfortable space for workouts. My sister and I have been members of this gym for the last 8 years and in case you are looking for a budget-friendly yet premium gym, this is the best place. Not to forget the timings are flexible and suited for homemakers, students as well as working professionals. Physique Gym provides clean and ample space for workouts. Moreover, they have various workout equipment, suited for both weight training as well as cardio. Lastly, being a loyal client of Physique Gym, I would suggest that do come for an enquiry and see for yourself, especially females because they offer a comfortable and spacious environment.

This gym is exceptional. All the trainers are very helpful and are always looking after everybody. The space is quite spacious and accomodating too. I'd definitely recommend it.
