Special Thank you to Senior Head Trainer Mr Sachin Govalkar who helped me to loose weight from 130 kgs to 74 kgs currently and my wife to loose weight from 98 kgs to 62kgs. Currently we are under strength training with Mr Sachin Sir and leaving a healthy life style by eating healthy foods , calories counted and advised by Sachin sir. Owner Mr Abhay is also a good coach and trainer, with the help of him only we met Sachin sir. All thanks to Mr. Abhay sir and his Karnala Gym teams. They have transformed us and helped us reach our goals within almost 9 months only. Thank you once again

Well vetilated.Located inbetween large Playground and Swimming Pool. Timings are flexible and hence suitable. Ample parking space is available for vehicles.

Worst gym of all time there trainers have attitude problem if you have good physic. There are equipment are rusty and equipment are welded which were cause bodily dis balance. Owner harassed young ones treated them like they are in school for everything. If you did not like your health and body you can free to visit this place if you love your health and body you must not ever visit this place they only running this gym solely for money and they didn't care about there members health and well-being
