Despite lift weights for 3 years, Kaustubh has taught me techniques I have been missing over the hundreds of workouts I've had. Teaching me perfect form and amplifying my mind-to-muscle connection will forever help me, even in America. From the month I spent with him, I have seen how great of a trainer and person he is. He makes exercising fun with his personality and at the same time can completely push you to the extent of your strength. Don't let the small size of the gym fool you because I guarantee that you will experience the most change there.

I've been training with Kaustubh for over a year now. His knowledge and style of training are quite unique. And the perspective he brings in is refreshing. The results take time to show, but they definitely show. The progressions and combination are testament to the skill and experience he brings to the table, and at a very reasonable fee. I've been training with Kaustubh for almost a year now. I had been to a few gyms before but always ended up having injuries and then dropping out. But this time around, I was very specific that I wanted to strengthen my back (having a previous case of a prolapsed disc) and to generally develop stamina. Keeping my problems and my limitations in mind (and trust me, I have a lot many of them) he has been able to slowly and steadily improve my stamina and general strength. What's more, I look forward to my workouts. That's never happened before. There's a secret to this. Kaustubh at K-Fit is a friendly coach, a people person, and yet stern when it comes to pushing you during workouts. His workouts are very adaptable, and he makes them fun. Kaustubh also trains women and is very understanding of their requirements. I can vouch for this because it was my wife who has known him for years and introduced me to him. The only time she had ever achieved her fitness goals (that too for her brother's wedding) was when she trained with Kaustubh. And that is how we returned to him last year. Our entire family trains with him now. We've learnt the benefits of simply showing up for our workouts and feeling fitter and mentally happier every day. So, if you reside in Navi Mumbai and want a personal coach, look no further. And if you don't, he takes sessions over video conferencing too (I reside in Delhi and he takes my sessions remotely). Kaustubh has a great understanding of different body types and he uses it to perfection.
