Pros: - Spacious - good lighting, ambience & clean overall only - decent trainers, they do not disturb you if u r intermediate or pro & good guidance to beginners - good discounts on renewal Cons: - unclean washroom - trainers lack modern knowledge to train intermediate & advance lifters - loud music by old members could be disturbing - some old dudes / uncles always want to give u tips which u did not ask for - missing smith machine & lat pull down variation grips - old / weak ankle straps & broken cable machine handle grips

I've been a member of JB Fitness for over six months now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best fitness centers I've ever visited. Here's a breakdown of my experience. The gym is spacious, well-lit, and always clean. There's a wide variety of equipment, including cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines), free weights, and strength machines. The layout is smart, ensuring that different areas for weight training, cardio, and stretching don't feel overcrowded. There's also a dedicated area for functional training with kettlebells and battle ropes. They maintain their equipment well, and I've never had any issues with machines being out of order. Trainers are also there and they where having good knowledge of workouts and nutritionial planning.

The entire gym has well equipped machines and sophisticated training methods via coaches, it's worth getting replenished after a tough working day and enjoying your steam and massage at the gym.
