Trainers are very good here. Deepak sir are provide training is very good and all trainers are polite and helpful .you can join here for weight loss or weight gain also no problem of any things all equipments are good for exercise

1 star becos m a beginner.... and i see trainers are not available... reception guys says... u should ask trainers exercises in advance.... And the gym has the right to terminate ur membership at any point of time...
