Honest Review - Not Recommended Based on my overall experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering this gym to think carefully before joing The biggest issue here is not the equipment, but the staff and environment. Apart from one trainer in the morning shift named Dinesh, who is genuinely professional and dedicated to his work, the rest of the staff show no professionalism or basic respect toward members. The atmosphere is extremely negative and unfriendly, which makes the workout experience unpleasant. The management promises certain facilities at the time of joining, but in reality, those services are never delivered. For example: Air Conditioning: It is only for namesake. They don't switch it on unless repeatedly requested, and even then, it's turned off again within a short time. Lighting & Ventilation: Keeping the lights or windows open is treated as a problem by the staff. Members are often asked to switch off lights to save bills, leaving the workout floor in near darkness. Windows are forced shut, creating suffocating conditions. Cleanliness & Conduct: While there is staff for cleaning, they often interfere unnecessarily in members' workouts. Instead of focusing on their actual work, they comment, argue, and even gossip loudly about personal matters in front of everyone, which makes the environment uncomfortable. Fans & Cooling: There is hardly any proper ventilation or cooling system. A single small fan is placed, which is only useful for one corner of the room. Security: Although the gym has CCTV cameras, they are only for show. If something gets lost, there is no proper support from the management, and no effort is made to check footage or resolve issues. Equipment: The machines are old, not well maintained, and far from the modern standards you would expect for the fees they charge. The space is average at best, but definitely not worth the price. Most importantly, the way members are treated is unacceptable. In any service business, especially fitness, customers deserve respect and a positive environment. Here, it feels the exact opposite. For the fees this gym charges, you can easily find far better gyms in Airoli with modern equipment, good facilities, and most importantly, a healthy atmosphere. Final Verdict: I absolutely do not recommend this gym. Unless management makes serious changes in staff behavior, maintenance, and facilities, joining here would be a complete waste of money and peace of mind.

I've been a member of Finix gym for 1 years now, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. As someone who has tried several other gyms in the past, I really appreciate what sets this one apart. First off, the facility itself is always spotless. The staff does a fantastic job of keeping the equipment clean and organized, which makes for a much more pleasant workout. I also love the wide variety of equipment they have, from cardio machines to free weights and specialized functional training gear. I never have to wait long for a machine, even during peak hours. The atmosphere is another big plus. It's welcoming and supportive, not intimidating like some other gyms can be. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to offer a tip or answer a question. The group fitness classes are also a highlight; the instructors are energetic and the classes are a lot of fun. The only small drawback I've noticed is the locker room could be a little bigger. However, this is a minor issue that doesn't detract from the overall quality of the gym. Overall,Finix gym provides excellent value for the price. The clean environment, great equipment, and positive atmosphere make it a place I genuinely look forward to visiting. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new gym.
