*Please don't join DK, Don't waste your time & money with DK Fitness.* * My experience with DK Fitness was incredibly disappointing. The owner was attentive before I paid, but completely absent afterward. The trainers only showed interest when trying to sell personal training, and otherwise ignored me. The service is abysmal, and I cannot recommend this gym to anyone. * DK Fitness presents a false image in their promotional materials. In reality, the customer service is non-existent. The owner and trainers are unhelpful and unresponsive after payment. I regret joining and would advise others to avoid this gym. * I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with DK Fitness. The level of service provided after payment is unacceptable. The owner and trainers showed no interest in my progress or well-being. They only engaged with me when trying to sell personal training. This gym prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. * The customer service at DK Fitness is absolutely terrible. Before payment, the owner acts like your best friend. After payment, you are completely ignored. The trainers are also only interested in you if you are going to buy personal training. I've never experienced such poor service at a gym. Don't waste your money.
