Spacious gym with variety of equipments, for every exercise type. Trainers have a very professional and have disciplined approach. Even overweight people can lose weight and get the body in shape with confidence. They are very knowledgeable and prescribe a separate exercise depending on individuals need. I lost 8 kgs in six months without any adverse effect and have improved work stamina. I feel I should continue this gym for increasing immunity and relief from overweight diseases. Sabiha Daphedar

The gym is maintained clean and hyegenic. Well equipped gym at reasonable cost and convenient time. Trainers advice only safe and scientific ways of exercises and are very motivating.
