Nice Gym with good ambience, professional trainers and proper equipments. Trainers are experienced, helpful and very supportive. Would highly recommend to all fitness lovers.

Spacious gym with variety of equipments, for every exercise type. Trainers have a very professional and have disciplined approach. Even overweight people can lose weight and get the body in shape with confidence. They are very knowledgeable and prescribe a separate exercise depending on individuals need. I lost 8 kgs in six months without any adverse effect and have improved work stamina. I feel I should continue this gym for increasing immunity and relief from overweight diseases. Sabiha Daphedar

The gym is maintained clean and hyegenic. Well equipped gym at reasonable cost and convenient time. Trainers advice only safe and scientific ways of exercises and are very motivating. Exercises are well planned for every individual and personal attention is given with regular update in exercise pattern. I got my body in shape in just six months, lost seven kg weight !!! There is no trainer in the evening and the other trainers arent that good as well. Additionaly, the owner doesn't care about it and due to ill-instructed exercises, I developed a sprain in my arm and couldn't gym for months.

Since 4 years I m attached to this gym , the gym trainer and gym honour Mr. Kiran is very co -operative and supportive. Highly recommended.
