The owner, Manoj Bhagat, is a true gentleman who never pressures anyone to pay extra for personal training. In fact, there is no separate personal training fee--Manoj and his brother personally train all members without any additional cost. They treat every client equally, giving individual attention and guidance to help everyone progress. The gym is also clean and well-maintained. I've experienced great results by simply following their advice and workout plans.
