It is one of the best gym in Nerul now. The gym is spread across 3 floors and is luxurious and spacious. You will have a very great environment in the gym. They have all kinds of equipment. All trainers are well-qualified and they will motivate you to be the best version of yourself. I would suggest everyone visit this place for their fitness if you are gym enthusiastic. If you are looking for a trainer then I would recommend you to go and visit Tejas sir, Aakash sir, Rupesh sir, and Sagar Sir they are very friendly and very helpful. Every month you can have your BMI for body conditioning. They are open from Morning 5.00 am to Night 11.00 pm. They do have various activities in their building such as Karate and CrossFit.
