The gym is equipped with adequate instruments and has more free area than most of the gyms. Monthly, Quartely packages are available. It is air-conditioned. They say steam bath is available but you have to ask the trainer and no one used it. Overall it is good!

Actually a good one in the area ! Well maintained. Good for females too. Separate yoga space. Enough equipments. Good trainers (not very good). Little crowded during peak hours. Cooling not good during summers. Like any regular indian gym, bad music . Overall opinion - recommended.

Gym is pretty good. Some important stuff is absent like barbell squat equipment but you can replace it with other equipments. You should avoid coming in at rush hours like late evening. Otherwise overall gym is great.

Its an average gym with average equipment but its location is very good the gym is now renewed so there is little bit more space now compared to before water purifier is present in gym. The trainers are not that helpful also you can get all kind of protien powder here which is on sale but the gym gets a little crowded after dawn

It's one of the best gym near that location. Experienced trainers, good equipment quality, they provide massage and steam bath also. They have many machines which generally are not available in other gyms. They even have seperate free weights section for ladies. The only thing I don't like about this gym is that the maintenance of few equipments are not good. Rest it's a paisa vasool gym at that location.
