They provide tailored training for both bodybuilding and cardio exercises, ensuring that everyone receives the proper guidance they need to succeed. Their dedication to observing and supporting each member makes a significant difference in achieving fitness goals. The gym also offers Personal Trainers for members who need assistance. This service can help you tailor your fitness routine, stay motivated, and achieve your goals more effectively. The gym is open to both men and women and operating from 6 AM to 12 PM and then from 4 PM to 10 PM. This setup ensures that everyone can find a time that fits their schedule. The gym is spread over two floors, providing ample space for a variety of equipment and workout areas. The gym is air-conditioned and having facilities like drinking water cooler, separate changing rooms for men and women, and clean washrooms. With reasonable monthly fees, AB's Gym is an excellent choice for anyone looking to reach their fitness goals. Highly recommended!

Out of 3 trainers, two are good from cardio section and one from strength is BOGUS. The strength trainer is like businessman, he will force you to buy his supplements, so don't fall for him. JERAI instruments. Overall facilities are good. Writing after having one and half year of experience.

It was a good experience with different equipment and machines for fitness and both men and women can go for their health and fitness training. Good space and beautifully put decor for a gym. A great coach and friends will help you with your fitness.

Has a really good interior, plus a variety of machines and weights. The trainers are friendly and professional and pay extra attention to beginners. They'll guide you through your work outs and provide help whenever needed. I've personally received a lot of help from PRAVEEN SIR, who is one of the trainers here. He is very cooperative. Overall, this gym has top quality equipments and the place is really good looking.

The ABS Gym in Manish Nahar, Nagpur, needs some upgrades. Ventilation is subpar, and the AC fan is perpetually off, making the atmosphere less comfortable. The music collection also lacks variety and could use improvement. On a brighter note, Pawan Bhaiya, the gym trainer, is outstanding and makes the workout experience enjoyable. Overall, enhancing these aspects would significantly elevate the gym's appeal.

Gym is good also trainers and management are well behaved but not supportive. Management is very unprofessional. Last time i forgot my shoes inside the gym & next day they were stolen. And when i asked to management did they keep it or know if someone has kept it, they said to me we dont know. They might be stolen. And they have cctv cameras inside. No help. Disappointed by management no profecinecy.

One of the best gym in Nagpur. it has Jerai International Equipments, well maintained, clean, big area n almost all the facilities.. I really love this gym.. All the trainers are very humble n co-operative/supportive, especially Pravin Sir.. One must go to this gym, u will not get any reason to leave this.. 5 times 5 star

If it were for the gym, I'd rate it 5 stars. But, the trainers Pawan and Praveen don't even know the basic fact that when people are sweating, they shouldn't be exposed to fans running on high speed, especially when the AC is already on. They don't even know the basic fact that the people who are doing cardio and whose heartbeats are already up shouldn't be exposed to loud music. If these trainers aren't warned, soon someone will die in this gym. I don't understand why people who can set up such a nice gym have to hire brainless trainers? Their knowledge of exercise, supplements and equipments, however is fine. But, without the knowledge of biology they'd kill someone. The third trainer, who'd train women was very good and intelligent.
