This is my first experience with the body zone fitness center and I won't hesitate to say that this is one of the best gym which is well equipped, with clean and great ambience. The trainers are also very supportive and encouraging, they keep motivating you while doing exercises no matter what fitness level are u at. They'll definitely help you to achieve your promising goal that too at an affordable packages. Also this place really reflect the family vibe as soon as we enter the door - highly recommended!

Gym has excellent gym infrastructure with all the equipments right from lapticals to crossfit , leg extension to chinups . Activities like aerobics, zumba, gymnastics are excellent . But the best thing about this gym is its coaching . Vijay sir is the chief coach here, and all other coaches with special lady coach provides excellent coaching .

The gym is good i gain strength in just 2 week and the coach are very friendly and supportive they help me to gain more strength in my body and now i can feel my body becoming stronger than it every and i hope this help youngsters to join at beginning it was hard but now it easier every day i am one step forward to my dream physic

Very gud staff , gud atmosphere, and coach shri viju pande sir's coaching is awesome... He can get result out of you anyhow.... He has vast experince in fitness amd body building field... When i join gym i weighted 105kg and lost 15kg in two months in proprer guidence of shri viju pande sir......
