Locality wise nice gym. They have gym, cardio, and steam. The price is reasonable. In the evening the crowd is at the pick point, and I recommend not to come at that time. Trainers are helpful, one will find personal trainers. They have to look forward to maintenance of machines and cleanliness, and to expand the area.

Worst gym in the area your things get stolen and nobody takes a complaint the trainers are excellent but one trainer who is a god level trainer, best in the game knows everything has perfect knowledge, well trained, dashing personality, only guy worth respecting in the gym he's carring the gym no one's like him just wanted to thank him idk his name but he has a ktm bike.

Wash room always stinks over here. Crowd is pretty bad. The equipments are still very less. But trainers and the owner are pretty good. Will give you suggestions what to do what not to do. The treatment you get over here is yet better than the other gym. But when it comes to streching trainer have started lying saying they won give unless you take personal training from them. Basically it's another way of the gym to eat up on your wallet. Which is pretty disappointing to see.

Am a member of the gym and this is my first gym. Within a year of opening they have updated their machines a week ago. Hats off for the new equipment, trainers are helpful and rates are affordable. But the steam bath is confusing AF
