I can't recommend Tejal Dave, enough! She's an incredible yoga teacher! I initially went to her for help with breathing exercises, but she has helped me in so many other ways. Her guidance has not only improved my breath control but also my overall flexibility, mindfulness, and energy levels. She has a way of making even the toughest poses feel achievable. She pays attention to every little detail, always correcting my posture and pushing me just the right amount. More than anything, her energy is so positive--her sessions make you feel lighter and refreshed. Tejal is an amazing yoga instructor.. i had always heard great reviews about her .And now It's been 6-7 months since I have joined her class and i absolutely love it. She is so cool and calm, her instructions are so very clear.. no extra long breaks between exercises-if one would like to lose weight then this yoga class is it!! That apart, the stretches are just what our body needs- mentally and physically. Her sessions are for all age groups men & women . Being extremely patient ,she is well aware of each and every student in her class.Gently correctly correcting us ,if need be. Absolutely love her sessions!!
