Needs ventilation in men's restroom. Also it can get very crowded during evening peak hours as there is a shortage of space in the gym.

Hello, I m going to this Gym from last 5 months. My experience is amazing. Under the guidance of Trainer Raj Sir, I had reduced my weight about 5kg and I m very happy to share that my Diabetes pills also got reduced. I personally recommend everyone to join the Gym and do regular excercise under guidance of Raj Sir

Nothing like it claims. Very unsupportive staff only the members coming are good at behavior. Very small area and machines are out of this world. I joined with my sister and she had to move abroad after just 3 days and they were not ready to understand and give any refund back. I even asked to add the money to my membership so they asked 4k transfer fee. There was no agreement signed and Nothing about refund was informed at the time of fee payment, even no bill was given. I'll give you better options- Urja Unlimited, Image Fitness, Khedekar's Fitness. More space, better staff.

Very Nice Gym. Staff very cooperative. Previously there was arrogant receptionist named Pooja Waikar. She was very cheap in her behaviour. Now Cloud9 has fired her. All remaining staff is good. Machines are in good condition and no other gym provides Steam in 10k per year fees.

Placed in a very convenient locality, Cloud9 has all basic equipments one needs to start their fitness journey.just request if maintenance is taken care more often, it's very essential. I shall highly applaud and appreciate the gym instructor Santosh Yadav, my PT, who is highly professional and very dedicated, very regular. His knowledge in his field is commendable and is quite flexible to accomodate his slots, if available. The other staff Ashish, Poonam, Priti, Sonali all are very courteous.
