I've been a member of [ Body Project Gym ] for about six months, and overall, I'm very happy with my experience. The facility is consistently clean and well-maintained, and the staff are always friendly and helpful when you have a question.
The cardio equipment is plentiful and rarely wait-listed, which is a huge plus. The instructors are high-energy and offer great modifications for all levels. I especially recommend the [ Srikanth sir, pritesh sir ] the nature of the person is quite good, whenever I need tips or support for while lifting he always there. And the receptionist named Pallavi ma'am is too friendly if you find any difficulty she will be there for you without any concern.
Overall: If you're looking for a well maintained, clean and welcoming environment to get your workout in, [Body Project Gym] is an excellent choice!
