Very Much Economical that's a plus. Total Value for Money. Gym and Changing rooms are Clean and tidy. Best decision made ever to transform my body from fat to fit. Very good gym. It has well maintained equipments required for all type of body workouts. Trainer is really good who will keep an eye on your form and correct you if needed and instruct you about the diet as well. She will make sure that you would sweat :) I will be tired, but as soon as I enter in the gym, the ambiance, the instructor and the people around would motivate me to get my daily dose of workout done. Price is reasonable as well. My wife and I are very happy with the gym and the instructor!

Extremely disappointed! Tees Fitness is closing for 10 days after already reducing gym hours for a week. I paid for a full year and expected consistency. This is not fair to members who have invested in their fitness. The irony is, there's a board in the gym that says, 'If you want to be respected, be consistent.' Seems like the gym needs to follow its own advice!
