I can't comment on the gym facilities, but I strongly caution anyone dealing with the owner, Ameet Paste. My experience has been extremely disappointing. During the COVID period, I gave him some money with the clear understanding that it would be returned. It has now been over four years, and despite numerous follow-ups, I still haven't received my money back. He kept giving excuses saying he had to pay EMIs, didn't have funds, or was too busy yet he continues to run a gym, offer personal training, and take on other work. It's hard to believe someone can manage all this but still claim to have no money to repay what's owed. Recently, he has completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. This behavior shows a serious lack of professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Truly one of the worst people I've ever dealt with someone who does not stand by his word. Warning: If anyone is considering taking personal training or doing any kind of business with him, please be extremely cautious. Do not enter into any financial arrangement where you have to give him money with the promise that he'll return it later for some emergency it's a trap.

A gym where everyone is welcome for physical training, muscles strengthening, co-operative staff and trainer, a trainer who has won National level awards. Great place in consideration with small amount of money..
