Posture Fitness

The gym is filled with faulty equipment and the equipments are not maintained time to time and the machines are second hand . due to which i had an accident and had to rush to hospital and get staples in my head . First i let it go but after a week once again while squatting 140 kg the clamp broke and all the weights came down.i took the broken clamps to the manager and told her to get the clamps replaced but the manager placed them back in the gym like she doesn't care she is the worst manager Worst trainers they dont even know a single thing about working out and they are not certified. If a certifed trainer joins posture fitness he /she leaves the gym within a week because the owner dosent pay their salary . The ac breaks down every 2 to 3 days there are fire sprinklers dripping and the treadmills are always broken or being repaired I would recommend if you care for your life dont chose posture fitness

Very good and spacious gym. The trainers are knowledgeable and the staff is helpful. The owner- Abhishekh Patil- is very passionate about his gym and very receptive about any feedbacks. This is a value for money gym.

I've been at Posture Fitness for 3 years--amazing equipment, clean space, and great hospitality. Huge credit to Abhishekh Sir (Owner) for creating a motivating environment and inspiring members through fitness campaigns. Posture Fitness is truly an experience.

As we all know our body is temple, So we should worship it , The best place to worship is gym . It's been 2 years now I found my place of worship thats " POSTURE FITNESS" Very well planned with state of the art infra and all latest equipments . Importantly : - would like to mention few words for the owner " Abhishek Patil " who trains me . He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. - He is extremely reliable & punctual - always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. Love this place. Great vibe. Friendly and knowledgeable coaches Great equipments , has yoga/zumba room, Steam room, massage room everything under one roof. It's the people who make a place and Posture fitness is doing a great job at it.

The owner of the gym and the ambiance of the gym are nice, hygienic, well well-maintained however some of the equipment is outdated. The trainers & entire staff team are very supportive to help you achieve your desired goals. I would suggest people to visit and enjoy your workout.

Great gym! Good equipments. Sometimes it's too crammed ho during the peak hours but overall a wonderful experience. RGB lights, steam, BMI analysis etc. everything is top notch
