One Above Fitness in Andheri is a top-notch gym with excellent equipment and a clean, motivating atmosphere. I am having a wonderful experience at this gym! The ambience is upbeat yet comfortable, N of course under the training of narendra sir most of my medical issues are resolved, It's the best gym for weight training n peaceful I highly recommend

This is my second review of this gym which I have been going to and working out since May 2025. So it's been nearly 4 months and my honest review is that this place is excellent, hygienic and the staff including the owner Mr. Jai Rai, the manager Miss. Babita Sharma and all trainer's are extremely helpful. Any feedback given or request made are immediately adhered and attended to, and they ensure that as members, you get your money's worth. They ensure that as a member you're guided during your workouts, hygiene and cleanliness is maintained at all times by requesting members to follow a dress code and finally, you're free to give feedback or request for any new equipment or ideas, which are heard and accepted. Apart from this, the gym has a common valet parking and is open 24/7, which makes it easier for people to accommodate and plan their session accordingly. Capt. Vishal Sharma

I am having a wonderful experience at this gym! The ambience is upbeat yet comfortable, making it a great place to work out. The front desk staff are warm, kind, and always welcoming. Rajesh Sir at the desk is kind and approchable. The trainers are highly qualified, approachable, and go out of their way to guide you through exercises with patience and encouragement. They don't just train -- they motivate you to push through and never give up. One thing I deeply value is the sense of safety -- even at 11 PM, the gym feels safe and secure, especially as a woman. The general coaches and trainers are respectful and supportive, making you feel comfortable and cared for. The entire staff (right from front desk to housekeeping) carries themselves with decency and treats everyone with equal respect. The cleanliness is another big plus -- the gym is kept tidy throughout the day with regular cleaning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gym that values professionalism, cleanliness, and a warm, respectful atmosphere.

Ok guys, let's go! Being here past years. Went to majority of the gyms in Mumbai. Now, this gym is on the 3rd floor, to reach there u have to go thru labirynt of whatever offices and whatnot. Went to the reception at around 11.40 - no one was there, but then the person came. They charged me with 2k! At that point I said - I hope it's worth it. The bathroom is ... Okish I guess, some clothes putten to dry in the changing room...but when I went to wash my hands there was no soap. The housekeeper has this one key to open and close each and every locker. I tried to explain that I want my own key but nothing to do. Gym is quite spacious, but not much space for free body exercises and seriously not the best equipment. I was expecting Panatta and Hammer Strength for the price I gave. They didn't had the equipment that I needed tho, so I had to manage between 4 machines whatever I could do with tho ankle straps... Sometimes more is not better. More will just clutter. One squat rack. One stand for deadlift. Had to hunt for plates, because there was one small plate stand. Plates, kettlebells and dumbbells older than me. The kick back machine forces you to show your bum to the whole gym in a position would never want to be seen. As I said to the manager - you just drop as many as machines possible and people who want to workout just can't have a normal space for standing with the dumbbells. Plus obviously it's imperative that u hire a personal trainer to help you to navigate there because u will get lost. If it's difficult for me after 18 years in gymming immagine people at the first time. They tried to explain that if u take a membership for a year it will be less expensive but no use of a fancy ceiling if there's no possibility to have basic good quality plates available near the squat rack. When I came back the soap at least was there and the lady opened with a master key the locker. Well, I expected so much more from the gym for the money I paid but in the end I just lost 2k.

One thing I can say for One Above Fitness is that this gym is much more spacious compared to others. The equipment is excellent and effectively targets specific muscle groups. They also have a well-maintained cafe, a dedicated yoga and stretching room, and reliable locker services. Overall, if you're looking for a great workout experience in a spacious gym with top-notch equipment and additional amenities, One Above Fitness is a fantastic choice.

One of its kind am sure there is no another gym with such a huge space and so great efficient advance machines for every body part ... professional trainers and very friendly staff ... even the cafeteria is amazing with all your diet need post or pre workout .... javed is one of best professional and helpful trainer who always there and make sure your form is perfect for perfect him ... i recommend this you everyone who want to achieve their body goal
