Have been to all the gyms in Powai and i can say with satisfaction and happiness that Joining Nitrro Bespoke Fitness has been one of the best decision! Love the gym & the atmosphere here ! Multiple equipments to train each and every body part which I personally haven't seen in other gyms. Working out everyday with amazing views and landscape is the best thing anyone can ask for ! Trainers are really sweet and helpful! Pankaj Sir has been kind enough to help me with my lifting and spotting me when required. Would highly recommend everyone

I joined Nitrro Gym recently with a three-month package, intending to observe before committing to a yearly membership, and I'm glad I trusted my instincts. Despite the polished exteriors and flashy appeal, the experience so far has been underwhelming. The general/floor trainers seem disengaged and uninterested unless you've hired a personal trainer. During workouts, they rarely assist or even acknowledge members who may need guidance. This contradicts the assurance I was given at the front desk that the team would be supportive and attentive. Even the front desk staff lacks basic courtesy. A week into my membership, instead of checking in on my progress or satisfaction, the only question asked was whether I'd be extending to a yearly plan. That sums up the entire atmosphere, it feels more like a money-making racket than a wellness center. While the personal trainer I hired has been satisfactory, it's disheartening to see how much pressure is placed on upselling, with little emphasis on genuine member care or fitness progress. The infrastructure and equipment are good, but that alone doesn't create a quality gym experience. For those who are willing to splurge without concern for value or personal attention, this might appeal to you. But if you care about your fitness journey, personalized training, and respectful customer service, I'd recommend exploring better-run local gyms where your time, effort, and money will be truly respected. Overall, a superficial and overpriced experience that I would not recommend.

The customer service was wonderful, music, lights, changing rooms and gold washrooms to add it up. The equipment was premium. There were so many machines for every body part. The experience was just amazing. I would recommend Nitrro to all, even for those who don't live close by to Powai to go and visit at least once. It's an experience of a lifetime.

Great gym. Amazing vibe and great set of people. Equipments are top notch and kept in perfect condition. Very well managed gym with an absolutely great ambience. I train with Arbaz and can honestly say that he is one of the best trainers one can find. He focuses on basics and steers clear of gimmicks. I am very happy with my experience and results.
