I've had an excellent experience at this gym, and I'd rate it a solid 5/5. The gym is well-equipped with everything one could ask for. All the machines and equipment are in great condition, the space is very spacious and organized, and it even has a large dedicated room for warm-ups. The atmosphere here is fantastic--the crowd is very helpful, disciplined, and sophisticated, which makes workouts even more enjoyable. My personal trainer Amruta is truly outstanding at her job. She is very welcoming, motivates me to push myself beyond limits, and clearly knows her profession inside out. Honestly, she is one of the best trainers in the area and makes every session worth it. If you are looking for a female trainer no doubt she is the go to person. The gym staffs are extremely polite and always willing to help with anything, adding to the overall positive experience.Overall, this gym ticks every box when it comes to quality, atmosphere, and professionalism. Without a doubt, it deserves a perfect rating of 5/5.

I am extremely happy with my experiences in MMC. Everyone in the gym is super supportive and polite, be it the trainers, owners, nutritionist and receptionists. Everyone is really friendly. The trainers are well experienced and guide you pretty well. I would like to specially mention about trainer Amruta who has been really supportive as my trainer from the start. She is really friendly, knowledgeable and always helps in pushing my limits for a better physique. She is passionate in her work and always focuses on getting us better day by day. The nutritionist in the gym, Mrs Arati is also really helpful and guides me pretty well on the nutrition part of my fitness journey. All the best to the workforce behind this gym. Honestly, this is the best gym in Andheri if you're serious about Training. They have Calibrated plates, Powerlifting bars, Specialty Bars and all the right equipment that you don't usually find in other gyms. The vibe here is amazing. The lighting and interiors are on point and the overall atmosphere just makes you want to train harder. The best part is the supportive environment. Whether you're into Powerlifting, Weightlifting or just want to get stronger, everyone here pushes each other in a positive way. It really feels like a community, not just another gym. Super happy I joined Just need to add these following things:- 1) Pairs of dumbbells above 45kg 2) Extra pairs of calibrated plates of 5,10,15,20kg 3) Chest Supported Rowing Machine 4) Overhead Shoulder Press Machine 5) Gym to open on Sunday as well till 9pm

Muscle Mind Connection is a great gym with a really good ambience and friendly staff who make you feel comfortable right from day one. The equipment quality is decent, and the overall vibe is motivating. However, they do lack a few important chest and shoulder machines that you'd usually find in gyms like Zone 360 (Bandra) or Tap Out (Versova). If they invest in those additional machines, this place can easily become the top-notch and undisputed gym of Andheri. Overall, a solid gym with great potential to be the best in the area.
