Worst case of equipment.The cable of leg extension machine is torn.It can break anytime. Unhygienic gym,members are not using napkin during workout. Local gyms are better than this gym. Sweaty and oilly benches. Equipments are not maintained.

This Gym used to be the best gym. Best location, enough space. Good rate. Good trainers.Bad thing about it : Dirty, no cleanliness, stinky toilet, unhygienic, dusty equipment. Owner should understand that it's a tough competition in this industry, either you maintain it top class or loose the business. Painting is too old, ceiling has become weak. Water drinking tank area should be kept clean. If this things improves then it may become the best. Need renovation and all the time cleanliness and maintenance.

H M Fitness Gym is one of the best gym. This gym is having excellent combination of Cardio, Weight Training and Functional Training as well. This gym is fulfil with latest equipments. Gym Staff also very co-operative.

Worst gym possible highly recommending people not to go here to begin with 1. The employees are trash including the partial owner who just pushes the responsibilities on her subordinates and tends to runaway home doesn't even visit the gym to check upon frequently. 2. The female trainer in the afternoon carries attitude and doesn't have sense to talk upon also she does chitty chat kitty party rather than training. 3. The gym is just trying to milk money outta your pockets rather than giving out services they don't even switch on AC's in afternoon regardless they charge same sum for all the timings whenever you come. 4. Hygiene is not at all maintained, the washrooms are stinky or the water is always out the men's washroom has no proper cleaning and the equipments are risky the customers may cause self damage while using. 5. Fake equipments Try to avoid this gym.

Compared to the other gyms around the locality, this one is quite spacious and well maintained as well. The equipment present is really up-to-date plus the cardio machines are good too. Trainers present guide you in a perfect way and let you know what you might need. Reasonably priced as well.

Needs better leg machines , cardio and steam . It is a good place I had good major progress here. Price is also reasonable ,Value for money . It is the only gym in this area. So if one does not want to travel much ,one can go here . Staff and trainers are good .

It's a nice gym. The trainers are really good. It was my first day and he really trained me well. Also it's nearer to the dahisar station so decreases mu travel time
