Happy Stretch Studio

Whilst the week days have their lovely yoga here the weekend. We and Mitesh have lot of fun as bachata class. The studio is great and well ventilated, clean floors and mirrors. Great place indeed.

I had enrolled for aerial yoga at Happy Stretch Studio and it was by far the best decision. I felt so rejuvenated at the end of each class. Aerial yoga also helped me improve my strength and flexibility to a great extent, all thanks to Nikita. Her demonstration skills are so good and she pushes each one of us to go beyond our limits. She is an amazing yoga practitioner and her teaching method reflects that.

Hello ! Happy Stretch Studio is the place where you will experience newness, happy hours and seeing yourself progressing every single day. Nikita is one of the best trainer and guide that I could have asked for. Her patience, calmness, techniques and deep knowledge takes you to another level. I look forward to spend one hour of my work out time everyday here, be it for yoga or hammock, it brings a smile on my face and makes me stronger everyday. Hello . It was a best decision to join Aerial yoga at happy stretch studio. Nikita is magical person who makes you do intense workout so easy and enjoyable that it's just leave us relaxing and happy . With airborne fitness I have increased my range of sets and overcome the fear of doing this yoga . The best part is you don't realise that how quickly time spends in that studio . I was the one who was looking for Aerial yoga nearby but all were so far , and it was impossible for me to travel till there . Thank you Nikita and Airborne fitness for bringing Aerial yoga in Borivali .

Aerial yoga is something I had dreamt about since a long time and recently found "Happy Stretch Studios" in borivali and I immediately enrolled for it. I must say its the best decision and I have enjoyed every minute of the sessions from the very first day. This is my second month with Airborne family and I am looking forward to continue for many more. The best part of it is our tutor Nikita Parmar Bhatia who is so professional and patient while helping us successfully complete the daily exercises with so much ease and keeps us motivating. Since my job requires me to sit for long hours (10-12 hours daily) I used to have a stiff body and back/neck pain. Aerial yoga helps you to stretch and work on your overall body and many of the exercises helps decompress the spine and pinched nerves which is exactly what I needed. Since the time I have joined Happy Stretch I seriously dont remember having any kind of back pain, infact my body postures have improved and I have gotten a toned body and people have noticed sudden changes in my appearance and keep asking if I have drastically lost weight. This not only helps you in toning your body but it also helps you have a happy positive mood and helps relax your mind and rejuvenates from the daily stress. I do recommend it positively to all those who are thinking or having double thoughts about joining aerial fitness. This is not as difficult as it might seem from the photos and videos. With proper guidance like that of Nikita's you can easily get used to all those beautiful poses you see everyone else doing. So go ahead and try it out. And yes this is not just for girls. Guys can do it too. The only reason I am mentioning it is because I had few of my male friends asking if men too can do it and yes you can

Amazing experience I had for the sessions ,nikita is an a wonderful tutor, though I am a first timer wid aerial workout nikita made it so easy. Wil come back to join happy stretch very very soon.

Do not join. They scam. Rates change and they demand more money or ask you to leave from the class. Worst experience!
