Fitness factory is the best gym in borivali and the best part is that it is operational 24/7 The staff and trainers are very helpful and well experienced. Manager /trainer Irshad and front office staff deepika are doing an awesome job and very kind. Great experience

The staff is very rude! We went there for a trial to check the gym and equipments and the vibe but the trainer on reception was too rude! I went there with a friend who was a registered member but he talked rudely with him also! I understand business policy and charges for training! But this is no way to talk to a client.

Fitness Factory was one of the most disappointing not because of the facility, but because of the people running it. Manager Irshad is highly unprofessional, lacks basic hospitality, and clearly isn't fit for a managerial role. His ego still operates at a trainer level.

I have been going to fitness factory for a while and it has been great experience, the machines sauna room etc. The staff and coaches are too attentive towards and probelm you face

I've been going to Fitness Factory Borivali West for a while now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best fitness facilities I've experienced. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need--whether you're into weightlifting, cardio, or functional training. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with form correction or workout tips. The trainers (Atul Sir)are professional and genuinely invested in helping members reach their fitness goals. One of the standout features is the atmosphere--motivating but not intimidating. There's a great mix of people, from beginners to advanced lifters, and everyone seems supportive. Plus, the group classes are top-notch, offering variety and expert instruction. Another big plus is the cleanliness. The staff keeps the equipment sanitized, and there are plenty of wipes available for members to use. The locker rooms and showers are also well-maintained, which is a huge bonus. Overall, Fitness Factory is an excellent place to work out, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality gym with a positive environment. Thanks management.

I paid donation last year. Absolutely crap place. Customer service non existent. Trainers are least bothered. Had taken 1 year membership but dint even feel like going after 15 days. I had paid for personal training as well but trainer was not assigned. I left hope. Infact exercise schedule was also never given. I had also suffered a fracture couple of months also wherein I had requested to put on hold and extend later. I was confirmed that the membership is on hold but it never was. Initially for membership they seem to be the most customer centric people but once membership is done you are absolutely on your own. They don't even care about anything. I would never recommend this place.
