The gym has very good equipment and it is very clean. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Shanker Sir is my personal trainer and totally vouch for him and his training techniques. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. Also keeping in mind my existence tennis elbow pain he tailors my workouts so as to not aggravate my pain. I highly recommend this place to all who are looking to either begin or continue with their fitness journey.
