Alert , Management staff at gym is very stingy (kanjus) , even though there is no ventilation in the gym they come and off the A/c when someone is working out , even the owner walks up and shuts the A/c down when someone is working out many members face the same issue there have been arguments with women in gym regarding the same , WISELY CHOOSE AS THIS CAN CAUSE ENOUGH HEAT ON YOU RATHER THAN YOUR WALLET !

This was my first experience at gym, but the staff over here is very supportive and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and explain you how each training exercise should be performed. Also I took Personal training by Pramod gunjal sir, he is very knowledgeable and designs your training routine according to your strength and level of muscle built up you have. I would recommend this gym to any beginners who want to start muscle building.

Been with Ffit4life gym since two months now.Have taken Personal Training with Pramod Sir. He is very receptive. Understands my physical limitations and trains me accordingly. He is Very patient with my queries and a great motivator. It's never 20 counts with him ....It's always 5 more and then a three more follows. :-) ..He explains the nuances and corrects my form. Would recommend Pramod for PT !!! And give him a 10/10. And importantly very flexible with my schedule!

Very professional, all staff is well trained, owner is very down to earth owner is national level bodybuilding championship ... girls at reception preet & Komal very gentle in speking , good in explaining very well everything .... Amazing all machines are professional , everything is available in gym steam & grate machinery ..... very clean gym ....
